A cargo ship m.v.Hind M run aground off the Myliddy fishing harbour, Jaffna recently. The Srilankan registered cargo ship presently is lying 50 meters from the shoreline, about 700 meters west of Myliddy fishing harbour. The ship's one the anchor has been used to prevent the Vessel from being drifting further.
The vessel is said to be built in 1971 and her length is 51 meters.
