15 year old Valvettithurai based Sharanja Mathyvannan has won in the MFLA (Maryland Foreign Language Association) Art Contest, an art contest for students in USA held every year organized by MFLA. The overall winner Sharanja Mathyvannan is a student of Baltimore Polytechnic Institute, class of 2016.
It is learnt that viewing the overall winner in the Art contest, Sharanja Mathyvannan’s art work will be used in MFLA pamphlets, book etc for a year.
Maryland Foreign Language Association is an organization which promotes the study of world language and support world language educators across the United States of America.
