Valvettithrai Police soccer tournament - Prize giving ceremony held yesterday

Prize giving ceremony of the soccer tournament held yesterday at Kottawaththai Rangers play ground. The tournament, that had been organized by Valvettithrai Police official, had commenced on 20th and ended day before yesterday. For this soccer tournament, all the prominent teams within the Valvettithurai Police area have gamely signed up for the challenge.
The event had commenced at about 1930 hours, where Valvettithurai Police Inspector D.S.Mithin had participated as chief guest.
Mr.D.S.Mithin Officer in Charge of Valvettithurai Police station, congratulated the deserved winners, including G.Rasikaran as the best player and Vijendran as the best Goal keeper, with certificates at the prize-giving ceremony. The champion of the tournament - Valvai Sports club was rewarded with a shield.
