Valvettithurai's multi talented youth Sivanathan Nimalan (Kutty), 27, died on Saturday, April 15, due to the illness. He was suffering from severe the respiratory related problems in the past few months and was being treated in Chennai.
Nimalan, who was the former leader of Valvai sports club, had participated in various sports events by representing Valvai sports club in the past.
Nimalan is having many inherent talents and found to be expert in making conventional kites – an another identity of Valvettithurai. He participated at Valvettithurai kite festival on 2015 and won the first place for flying a kite shape of Tajmahal - of symbol of love, where he lettered ‘No one should die without love’.
It may be noted that Nimalan is the nephew of late Mr.Ulagarasa, who was the former prominent member of Tamil eelam liberation organization (TELO)
