Valvai based Mayuran makes Island wide records in athletics, held in Colombo

The student of ‘Advanced Technological Institute’ (ATI), Jaffna, Magalingam Mayuran, has made remarkable records in athletics, held in Colombo 2 weeks ago.
Mayuran, a native of Valvettithurai, had succeeded to get a gold medal in Butt shot, silver medals in 400m, 4x100m and 4x400m races and bronze medals by participating in Cricket and Volleyball.
Students of 17 numbers of ‘Advanced Technological Institute’ of Srilanka had participated in the above meet, where Jaffna ‘Advanced Technological Institute’ ranked as 2nd Island wide.
