Volunteers donate Blood at Orani Hospital

51 volunteers from Valvettithurai and adjacent areas have donated blood to the Jaffna teaching Hospital blood bank yesterday. The campaign was held at Valvettithurai Orani base hospital yesterday, 01st of December at about 1000 hours, amidst heavy raining.

 

The campaign, which is taking place every 4 months over here, was organised by Patients welfare committee of Orani base hospital.

 

At the end of Blood donation campaign, Valvai Parvathi free English tuition centre has donated a Television to the Patients welfare committee of Orani base hospital.
