Valvettithurai based Mr.Ramathas Ramesh becomes Assistant Divisional Secretariat to Oddisuddan of Mullaittivu district, from this month of December onwards.
Ramesh, who has passed out his SLAS (Srilanka Administrative Service Exam) last year, has graduated from Jaffna University.
Ramesh is an old student of Valvettithurai Chithambara College.
