Valvai Chithambara College annual sports meet held amid raining

Annual sports meet of Valvettithurai Chithambara College was held today at Urikadu Chithambara College sports ground. The events commenced at about 1330 hours, headed by Mr.K.Rajathurai, the Principal of Chithambara College.
Mr.S.Selavakumaran (Deputy Director of education, Vadamaradchi) had participated as Chief Guest. Number of events, including PT Squat had been taken place. A special event had been taken place for the ex students.
North east monsoon brought heavy raining at the later part of the meet, however schools staff and students somehow manage to conduct the sports meet till end successfully that had lasted till about 1830 hours.
