Trainees given certificates on completion of ‘Textile screen printing screen’ course

Valvai seafarer organization (Vaiswa) organized a certificates awarding ceremony to successful trainees, who have completed “Manual Textile screen printing screen” course organized by (Vaiswa) and Valvai educational development association (VEDA). The certificates were given away by the guests and Vaiswa members at VVT modern market yesterday at about 1530 hours.
The ‘Manual Textile screen printing screen’ course was conducted by Mr.D.Anto dinesh of Archana Institue,India.As many as 80 candidates mostly females from Valvettithurai and adjacent areas have successfully completed the course and were awarded the certificates.
In his welcome address, Mr.Sivaratnam, International coordinator of Vaiswa gave a brief outline of the course held. Mr.Rajendra, a member of Vaiswa had given a detailed explanation on NVQ (National vocational qualification) and its importance in the future.
