The final events of annual sports meet of Point Pedro divisional secretariat were held today, which commenced at about 1300 hours at valvai netkolu kalukugal sports ground.
The final events included 100m, 800m, 1500m and Foot ball.
On the basis of total points gained on the sports events, held by Point Pedro divisional secretariat, Ponit Pedro St Thomas sports club has taken the first place with the total points of 63. Valvai kamparmalai kalukugal sports club (42 Points) and Valvai sports club (40 Points) have taken 2nd and 3rd places respectively.
Children of Point Pedro 'Anjali akam' have conducted Yoga, during interval as a special event.
